Civista Bank - Sandusky, OH - Civista Bank Description: Position Purpose: The position is set in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment and requires good problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail. An ideal candidate would enjoy working in a positive, team-oriented workplace. The position is responsible for performing duties related to the processing of trust accounts transactional activity, including cash management of receipts and disbursements, maintaining trust documentation for archiving, trust tax reporting support, vault archiving and audit request support projects. Demonstrates Civista Bank's mission to improve the financial lives of our employees and shareholders, to make a difference in the communities that we serve. Key Accountabilities: Process account opening and closing requests. Posts daily transactions of receipts, disbursements and related deposits and withdrawals in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
