Accountant

The Accountant will be responsible for all accounting functions for a portfolio of properties, including monthly financial reporting and analysis. The Accountant will manage and report all accounting information concerning each of the assigned entities while working closely with the property and asset management team. The Accountant will prepare Month End, Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements. The Accountant will assist in the preparation and review of Quarterly Reports for investors and management. The Quarterly Reports include an Operational Narrative, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement with Budget Variance, and Owners Distribution Schedule for the properties in the portfolio.
