American Learning Systems - Plantation, FL - American Heritage School is currently accepting applications for an Upper School Math Teacher for the 2020-2021 school year (anticipated start date 8/4/20). At least three years of teaching experience is preferred and experience in an independent school environment is ideal. Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree, Masters or Doctorate preferred. The idea candidate will have experience teaching Precalculus and Calculus. Applicant must work well with high school students, conduct an organized, orderly classroom, provide an atmosphere in which students are ready and willing to learn, collaborate well with peers, and possess attributes that guide students positively beyond the classroom.
