INGREDIENTS
2 cup mushroom
10 cloves garlic
1/2 cup onion
2 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 tablespoon thyme
4 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon cooking wine
0 black pepper as required
0 salt as required
How to make Cream of Mushroom Soup
Step 1
Take a saucepan and add the chicken broth into the pan. You can also use vegetable broth if you want. Add in the mushrooms, onions and thyme and cook them for 15 minutes on medium-low heat. Once cooked, blend the mixture and keep it aside. Leave some chunks if you like to have it a bit chunky.
Step 2
In a pan, add some butter and once it melts, add all-purpose flour to it and whisk for 1 minute until it is smooth. Now season with salt and pepper and also add in the vegetable mix that we blended. Mix it all together and add the sherry. Turn the flame off and serve with some toasted garlic bread.
