We are seeking a highly motivated in vivo pharmacologist with a strong background generating and using patient-derived models (PDX) of cancer in an industry setting to lead the PDX model team at AstraZeneca, Waltham MA. Key Responsibilities: Provide both strategic and hands-on leadership of the PDX model capability build within the Oncology In Vivo Bioscience team. Lead a team to establish banks of "study-ready" tumor fragments for routine use by project teams, including models representing aggressive cancers from patients progressing on therapies.
