INGREDIENTS
200 gm tofu
1 tablespoon garlic
1 inch ginger
2 tablespoon scallions
1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 teaspoon light soya sauce
2 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoon chilli flakes
0 salt as required
3 tablespoon refined oil
How to make Bean Curd Homestyle
Step 1
Start with washing the tofu pieces. Add some oil in a pan and put in the tofu pieces. Let them cook until golden brown on each side. Take these out and keep aside.
Step 2
Add some oil to the pan and roast finely chopped garlic and whites of spring onion, finely chopped ginger for about 30 seconds. Now add the sugar, light soy sauce and cooking wine and mix. Add the fried tofu and combine everything well. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with rice!
