Avita Community Partners - Cumming, GA - Behavioral Health Counselor (LPC/LCSW) Forsyth County Co-Responder Program Department: Cumming Center Salary: Based on Ed and Exp Job Summary: Provides mental health services to adults in a community setting as part of the Forsyth County Sherriff's Department Co-Responder program. Will, with assigned deputy, respond to calls involving a Behavioral Health need. Will conduct onsite behavioral health assessments and 1013 those who are in active crisis. Will provide accurate and timely documentation of services performed May have a rotating 1/2nd shift or swing shift based on the need of the Sherriff's Department - There should be no overnight shift requirements.
