INGREDIENTS

250 gm prawns

1 teaspoon tomato puree

1 teaspoon tomato ketchup

1 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon green chilli sauce

1 tablespoon red chilli sauce

11/2 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 tablespoon virgin olive oil

0 salt as required

1/2 bunch coriander leaves

How to make Ginger Prawns

Step 1

Wash and keep prawns in a bowl. In another bowl, add soya sauce, msg, green chili sauce, red chilli paste, crushed pepper powder, tomato puree, sugar, tomato ketchup, a pinch of salt, and vinegar. Mix all ingredients.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan over medium flame and add onion paste along with garlic paste and cook until the raw flavour is gone.

Step 3

Next, add in the chopped ginger along with the masala mixture prepared in step 1. Cook this until oil separates. Adjust the consistency of the gravy as you like.

Step 4

Take another pan and add butter. When the butter has melted, add prawns and masala gravy, and cook it on a low flame until prawns are tender. Add chopped coriander leaves and serve it.
