How to make Ginger Prawns
Step 1
Wash and keep prawns in a bowl. In another bowl, add soya sauce, msg, green chili sauce, red chilli paste, crushed pepper powder, tomato puree, sugar, tomato ketchup, a pinch of salt, and vinegar. Mix all ingredients.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan over medium flame and add onion paste along with garlic paste and cook until the raw flavour is gone.
Step 3
Next, add in the chopped ginger along with the masala mixture prepared in step 1. Cook this until oil separates. Adjust the consistency of the gravy as you like.
Step 4
Take another pan and add butter. When the butter has melted, add prawns and masala gravy, and cook it on a low flame until prawns are tender. Add chopped coriander leaves and serve it.
