1 cup coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup water
2 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup mixed fruits
How to make Overnight Coconut Milk Oats with Fruit Cocktail
Step 1
To prepare this incredibly easy recipe, all you need to do is mix instant oats in coconut milk, vanilla extract and water in a large bowl. Mix well to combine all the ingredients. Keep this oats mixture in the fridge overnight.
Step 2
Next morning, remove the bowl from the refrigerator and drizzle some honey on top of it.
Step 3
Finally, garnish the dish with fruit cocktail and enjoy it fresh. (Note: If you do not have fruit cocktail at home, then you can also add mixed fruits in the oats mixture and enjoy the dish.)
