Anchorage, AK - Providence is calling a Occupational Therapist ( Pmg Peds Neurosciences , Day Shift, 1.0 FTE) to Providence Physician Service Organization in Anchorage, Alaska. In this position, you will: Assess, evaluate and implement Occupational Therapy services for children, ages birth to 18, according to professional standards and under the prescription of a physician/provider licensed in the state of Alaska. Communicates with team members and outside agencies to identify patient needs, changes, overall condition of patient and determine future levels of care. Document all aspects of care and outcomes in a manner that is clear to others, and meets service standards.
