Responsibilities Responsible for regular Medicaid Case Record Reviews on all resident's files in the OMH certified programs. This includes reviewing Physician's Authorizations, admission notes, service plans, service plan reviews and progress notes. Responsible for the review of progress notes, especially rehabilitation service documentation, as it pertains to billing compliance. Provide training to staff in service planning and Medicaid documentation for all sites and individuals as requested.
