QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: May include the following duties: Dish machine washing pots & pans Assembling food for patients, delivering food to patients, knowledge of patient diets stocking areas, cleaning, serving customers in the cafe cleaning and cash register. Prepares all menu items using established departmental policies and procedures. Assures presentation of all menu items adhere to established standards. Assures all menu items are prepared per established policies and procedures. Assists with the training of new employees. Performs other related duties as required.
