Moringa Sabzi

Moringa leaves or drumstick leaves are calcium, protein, iron, antioxidants and amino acids that are super beneficial for your body. If you too don't like the taste of moringa leaves that much, then here is a simple yet tasty recipe that you can easily include in your diet. With just a handful of ingredients, you can make a perfect aloo-moringa sabzi that can be served either for lunch or for dinner. This sabzi can be served either with dal or with curd along with chapatis on the side. Aloo Moringa sabzi is not only loaded with nutrients but is also a scrumptious dish that would be loved by both kids and adults alike. To increase the taste of the sabzi, serve this dish with 2 tbsp malai and pair it up with chapati. Be careful while adding salt as moringa leaves shrink after cooking. It is advised to add salt in the end to balance the flavours perfectly. Do try this recipe, rate it and let us know how it turned out to be by leaving a comment in the section below. Happy Cooking! 2 tomato

1 teaspoon ginger

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

0 salt as required

1 tablespoon ghee

How to make Moringa Sabzi

Take drumstick leaves or moringa leaves and wash them properly. Now drain all the water and pat them dry gently.

Step 2

In a pan, heat ghee. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let them splutter for a minute. Now add chopped onions along with finely minced ginger and garlic paste. Give a mix and cook until the onions turn translucent.
