2 cup muskmelon
1 1/2 cup low fat cream
1/4 cup flaked almonds
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 tablespoon honey

Step 1
To begin with this easy recipe, wash and peel muskmelon. Keep some pieces for garnishing. Chop the muskmelon and blend it nicely.
Step 2
Take a large bowl and add in vanilla essence and honey. Whisk it well, till it turns foamy and creamy.
Step 3
Take a blender and add low fat cream along with chopped muskmelon. Blend it well so that there are no lumps. Pour it in the serving glasses or bowls. Put the bowls in the deep freezer for 3-4 hours.
Step 4
Serve it chilled with chopped muskmelon bits and flaked almonds. Enjoy!
