Beetroot Onion Raita

INGREDIENTS

2 cup yoghurt (curd)

2 onion

2 red chilli

1 cup beetroot

0 salt as required

1 handful curry leaves

1 teaspoon cumin powder

0 dash black pepper

4 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon mustard oil

How to make Beetroot Onion Raita

Step 1

To make this raita, wash and grate the beetroot and chop the onions.

Step 2

Next, take curd in a large bowl and whisk it well with cumin powder, black pepper, salt and add grated beetroot.

Step 3

Next, take a small pan and add in oil, add curry leaves, whole red chilies, garlic and onion, fry it well and pour this over curd and serve with parathas and cheela.
