INGREDIENTS

1 egg

1 cup yoghurt (curd)

1 handfuls coriander leaves

0 salt as required

0 black pepper as required

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon oregano

0 water as required

How to make Beetroot cold soup

Step 1

To make this easy recipe, take a pan and add water boil the egg with a dash of salt. Once done, remove the shell and save for garnishing. In the meantime, wash and chop the beetroot and make a smooth blend.

Step 2

Next, whisk the curd and add beetroot blend along with spices, chopped coriander leaves and mix it well. Garnish with oregano and egg and enjoy.
