INGREDIENTS
4 egg
1/2 onion
1/2 capsicum (green pepper)
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/4 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoon carrot
2 tablespoon tomato
2 tablespoon coriander leaves
0 salt as required
1/2 tablespoon chilli flakes
1/2 tablespoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon virgin olive oil
How to make Steamed Egg
Step 1
Crack open the eggs in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, red chilli flakes and oregano. Give a good mix using a whisk.
Step 2
Now add finely chopped veggies to the mixture and again mix well.
Step 3
Fill a pot halfway with water and bring it to a boil.
Step 4
Take a round steel tiffing box or container. Grease it with 1/2 tsp of oil. Pour the egg mixture into the box and close tightly with the lid. Now gently place the steel box in boiling water and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 5
Once cooked, take out the steamed eggs and chop into pieces. Serve and enjoy.
