INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup wheat flour

1 tablespoon ghee

1 motichoor laddoo

1 Pinch salt

0 water as required

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/4 cup multi grain flour

How to make Motichoor Laddoo Paratha

Step 1

In a bowl, add wheat flour, multi-grain flour, a pinch of salt, ghee and give a mix. Now add water in batches and knead well to form a soft dough. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Now take the motichoor laddoo and crush it well.

Step 3

Now pinch out a large ball from the dough and roll it out a bit by dusting it with some flour. Now stuff the crushed laddoo in the dough sheet and bring all the sides together to make a ball.

Step 4

Now dust with some flour and roll out the ball into a paratha.

Step 5

Place the rolled out paratha on a hot tawa and let it cook a bit. Now flip towards the other side and drizzle with some oil. Cook until golden brown patches appear and again flip towards the other side.

Step 6

Once cooked from both sides, your ​Motichoor Laddoo Paratha is now ready to be served. Enjoy!
