This role will deliver medium to high complexity HR technology projects, including implementation and optimization. You will act as a trusted adviser, leading clients to deploy new talent technology inclusive of integrations, offering clear recommendations, timelines, project management, and presentation development. Role Responsibilities: Owns delivery of technology partner or client implementations that requires deep platform subject matter expertise (SME). Deliver and project manage new talent technology or manage enhancements that leverage new features or integrations. Take accountability for all elements of the project to ensure successful delivery. Plan project activities, including the development and management of a project plan. Track and record time and manage against project scope. Identify any potential over spend with overall project owner. Identify, quantify and flag any risks and issues to success of projects to client stakeholders. Within all projects, and individual workstreams the individual is responsible for managing relationships with and actively influence project stakeholders, SMEs and internal stakeholders. Ensure tactical decisions are facilitated to occur in line with project timeline requirements and the desired outcomes as set out in contractual and commercial parameters. Work with and manage vendor resources as required to meet project deadlines. Advise on technical integration design leveraging API’s and document requirements for integration developers. Guides clients on data migration approach and preparation of data for migration. Owns the configuration of the technology in line with client agreed design. Coach other team members on your area of expertise. Leads multiple projects at one time. Achieve utilization target of at least 70%. Position Requirements Knowledge, skills, and experience: Essential Proven track record in delivering HR technology projects Business process analysis Experience of previous deployment(s) of recruitment workflow products, specifically, subject matter expertise and experience in deploying CRM, ATS, and/or VMS technology Experience of advising on the use of APIs primarily for use in middleware platforms High level of Excel knowledge and experience with data cleanup and mapping Ability to work in remote project teams Ability to flex schedule to accommodate client needs Ability to design technical architecture, project plan, test plans, data migration mapping, and integration mapping for single technology deployment Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence project team members and stakeholders Management of the end to end client relationship related to the deployment(s) of talent technologies Desirable Project management experience of a recruitment workflow technology Business or Technology Degree preferred or commensurate experience MS Office, Teams, and other Microsoft Office 365 tools We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.... - Permanent - Full-time
