Rose City Nursing and Rehab - Lancaster, PA - 425 N Duke St, Lancaster, PA 17602, USA Rose City Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator LNHA for our 110-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Lancaster, PA! The Nursing Home Administrator NHA is responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing long-term care facilities and to ensure that the highest degree of resident care and services are delivered and maintained. He/she will ensure all personnel are treated fairly and consistent with company policy and applicable laws Responsibilities: Oversight and management of all business related activity for this skilled nursing facility Ensure company standard as high-quality provider through implementation and monitoring of quality systems and processes Oversee Annual State Surveys Financial management Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures Qualifications: Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in good standing and/or meet all applicable federal and state licensure requirements Previous experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or long-term care facility Benefits: We offer a competitive salary and generous benefit package with opportunities for professional growth working with an experienced management team.
