American Greetings - Osceola, IA - Job Description PROCESS SPECIFICATION SPECIALIST Engraving 2nd shift 2:30pm-10:30pm BRIEF JOB DISCRIPTION Prepares process specifications for sheets assigned to the jitl utilizing information contained in the data pack following sheeting. Utilizes all aspects of the pc based jitl scheduling system to which they are continually adding process data to the downloaded information and be aware of and able to use the other corporate systems that contain information relative to specing. Performs secretarial duties within the jitl flow to which he/she will be assigned. Candidate must possess excellent organizational, computer, and communication skills. Performs accurate and timely production and delivery of materials and finishing components to jitls as well as outside end-users. Maintains sequence of work schedule through engraving and duplicating by ordering and realigning the work as due dates change. Accesses planning and manufacturing systems on a daily basis to ensure accurate components have been received or are in process. Handles and files film and dies per day for reuse. Monitoring of Hot Stamp leaf inventory to ensure proper type and sufficient quantities exist before releasing jobs to press areas.
