The Clinical Admin Supports primary role is to act as a source of information and guidance for inbound call inquiries for multiple clients. The hours for this position is 9:30am-6:00pm Monday - Friday. The Clinical Admin Supports primary purpose: -Be the first tier to call resolution. -Maintain compliance for incoming faxes/mail from providers and field representatives. -Required to access the appropriate systems and knowledge tool resources to resolve member inquiries at the point of contact. -Responsible for meeting and/ or exceeding client service guarantees -Maintaining designated metrics for quality standards. -Maintaining schedule adherence. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Responsibilities/Accountabilities) -Act as a Tier 1 to call resolution by completely resolving calls at the point of contact. -Document all call activity at 100%. -Process incoming/outgoing correspondence by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries via web, telephone, email, fax or written correspondence. -Escalate critical matters when necessary. -Proficient in critical thinking and problem solving. -Responsible for meeting and/ or exceeding client service guarantees. -Maintaining designated metrics for quality standards. -Maintaining schedule adherence. -Required to complete all appropriate training related to the job function(s). -Assist with on the job training of new hires as they graduate through the classroom portion of training. -Focus on root cause analysis and elevate to Supervisor with suggestions to alleviate or improve processes -Manage voicemail and email daily. -Other duties as assigned. PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS (Specific statements of physical effort required and description of work environment) -Works in a well lighted/ventilated office area with some changes of temperature, as well as throughout the premises.
