Role Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Manager, your role will be leading the delivery of a large-scale model opportunity within one of our current Tier 1 Investment Banking clients. You’ll take full responsibility for delivery and development of the on-site effectiveness of your entire team. That means overseeing a number of resourcing managers or team leaders, each with their own group of recruiters to manage. At the same time, you’ll handle client relationships at senior level and actively promote options for service improvement. Based on site in New York city, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for a complex large-scale onsite and offshore delivery model. What you will do: Principal Accountabilities: Take responsibility for the account development of targets, budgets and SLAs Lead and monitor the teams’ delivery of the best practice operating model for the account Drive account management to ensure customer satisfaction at all times, through accurate data and MI Liaise with senior contacts within the client to develop and maintain business plans Share responsibility for P&L Identify process improvements through regular reviews and feedback with business stakeholders and campus management teams Committed to the development of campus recruitment specialists Day to day responsibility for service delivery, operational performance and management of issues and query resolution Responsible for ensuring the team achieve all of our contracted responsibilities Responsible for delivery of cost savings initiatives or special projects Position Requirements What we need from you: Proven track-record managing a Recruitment team ideally within Financial Service Experience of presenting to senior client stakeholders (eg., resourcing managers) and gained agreement to course of action Experience of developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes (i.e. decreased time to hire, increased quality of hire) Experience working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment Ability to liaise with and influence all levels of management to agree a change of direction or new process Undertaken senior recruitment or search functions at an agency or in-house recruitment center and placed executives or senior staff Experience in optimizing and leading other in the use of in-house recruitment technology and use of reporting functionality Experience working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs and working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment Experienced at producing business orientated management information and interpreting this to draw conclusions / make recommendations Market intelligence and knowledge of global and subject matter expertise of local recruitment practices and employment market trends Degree caliber or commensurate experience We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.... - Permanent - Full-time
