The Americas is a core market for AMS and as part of our exciting growth plans, we now have a need for an experienced bid leader, storyteller and manager. This is a key role that will see you manage and grow the Americas bid team, working closely with pursuit leaders and the wider growth team in submitting winning proposals, bids and supporting collateral. Position Requirements To succeed, you’ll need to possess demonstrable experience in managing and upskilling a bid team while converting complex bid opportunities across all talent outsourcing & advisory services. The individual we are looking for is ambitious and wants to have a voice in shaping and evolving the future construct of the bid team in the Americas.
