As Property Caretaker your duties will include but are not limited to; minor maintenance, cleaning, apartment turns, work order completion, grounds maintenance, etc. Must be available to complete general work responsibilities twenty hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m The ability to work independently with minimal supervision with at least 1 year related work experience.
