FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT AULAURA LAWRENCE - Progressive Care Unit (PCU), is an award winning department, treating a variety of patients including: Open Heart, STEMI/NSTEMI, ACS, Step-Down ICU, Congestive Heart Failure, Post Heart Catheterization and Sepsis. The department has 30 beds with a patient to RN ratio of 3:1 on days and 4:1 on nights. To help assist in patient care, the unit also has unit secretaries, certified nursing assistants, charge nurses and assistant nurse managers. PCU offers diverse and complex patients leading to personal and professional growth. Come join our team! QUALIFICATIONS Job Requirement: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred. Minimum 6 months previous RN experience is required. Current licensure as a registered nurse issued by the Washington State Board of Nursing Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or attainment within 6 months of hire NIH Stroke Scale or attainment within 6 months of hire Preferred: PCU/ICU/ED experience; 1-2 years med/surg, long-term care experience CMSRN, PCCN or SCRN certification CommonSpirit Health participates in E-verify.... - Permanent - Full-time
