The HRBP is responsible for developing and delivering HR initiatives and projects in line with the Global, Regional, and sector lead strategy and plans. A key component of the role is having an understanding of the people and change needs within their sectors and developing solutions that address and supports those needs. The role holder is responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders and employees within their sectors. Accountabilities range from: Strategic Planning Participates in the development and implementation of the regional people plans and programs Identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs to fill the identified gaps. Areas of activity will include talent management through proper succession planning programs for key contributor and management positions Benefits Partner with the Americas Benefits Manager to support in educating and utilizing the benefits we offer Champion and actively participate in the wellness initiatives developed, globally and regionally Compensation Ensure the compensation philosophy and administration is being supported and followed by partnering with the regional compensation and consulting with leadership Partner with the regional compensation SME in Salary Surveys, salary investigations, etc. to ensure the organization is within market salary ranges Talent Development Partner with the Talent Development Specialist to implement sound training programs which ensure that everyone has the tools and skills to manage, supervise, teach, mentor and coach Lead diversity effort including: developing diversity plans and administering the plan Talent Acquisition Partner with the RBP to make sure that recruitment programs are in accordance with USDL and State Employment Services guidelines Offer letter and compensation Exception Approval for designated sectors Engagement Create and introduce teambuilding skills and exercises to new and existing teams to ensure efficient operation Intervene with existing teams where communication and effectiveness have broken down to introduce creative solution to teamwork barriers Facilitate focus groups and support development in engagement plans Champion and actively participate in Engagement Committees Performance Management Take an active role in the on-going employee reviews and development process and look for creative and sound business approaches to enhancing and developing performance of all staff Lead/Participate in people initiatives Partner and support on Employee Relations escalations for your sector Improve local awards and recognition programs (Internal and External) Operations HR Compliance for designated sector Implement and maintain various human resources plans and procedures Attrition & Retention Plan production and management Position Requirements Essential Experience: 5 years of experience in Human Resource, Staffing or Recruiting industry Proven ability to manage multiple projects Strong relationship building and communication skills Knowledge of current employee relations practices, as well as State & Federal labor & employment law OR minimum of 3-5 years direct related experience in the full spectrum of Employee Relations matters in multi-state, multi-site organization We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.... - Contract - Full-time
