Requirements: CHC is looking for a passionate physician to provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care with our top-performing group in Salt Lake City, UT. Outpatient practice includes adult and pediatric acute and chronic disease care, maternity care, mental health care including MAT, and procedures including point-of-care ultrasound. We serve as a teaching site for health professions students and residents, and our physicians are eligible for adjunct faculty appointments through the University of Utah Department of Family and Preventive Medicine. There is an option for high-volume inpatient obstetric and neonatal care if desired. Position requires board certification or eligibility and license in the State of Utah.
