SUMMARY The PRN Head Elf for the HRMC Christmas Program provides direct support to Community Relations Department through the Dear Santa sponsor list and facilitation of community support by preparing and distributing information and wish lists to interested parties. Assists Public Relations & Communications Coordinator with collection of lists from Center staff, tracking and responding to interested sponsors, redacting patient health information from lists before distribution, responding to Dear Santa program inquiries, and being available/present during specific holiday-related events which typically occur during normal business hours. Applicants are request to work 30-40 hours a week within regular business hours during this 12 week, temporary position. This position requires utilizing a personal dependable vehicle to conduct Center business. Maintaining a dependable vehicle and certified driver status is a condition of employment. REQUIREMENTS Education/Knowledge: Must have a high school diploma and at least one year of work experience in an administrative setting. Experience: One year experience in an administrative/office setting and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel required. Applicants should possess the ability to relate to individuals and families of varied ethnic and cultural backgrounds, ages, educational levels, and economic circumstances with respect and dignity. Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills are necessary in order to work effectively and collaboratively. Physical: Hearing of normal and soft tones. Close eye work. Valid driver's license. Lifting up to 50 lbs. Pushing/pulling up to 150 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching. Compensation: This position will be paid $15 per hour regardless of experience level. The Helen Ross McNabb Center ( ) is a premier not-for-profit provider of behavioral health services. The Center provides quality care and serves all ages in a continuum of prevention, early intervention, social, co-occurring, addiction, outpatient, and crisis services. HRMC is an EOE.
