We're looking for someone to join our team as a Executive Talent Advisor who: Customizes recruitment and selection efforts to ensure the organization consistently hires excellent leadership applicants and fosters the organization's mission by delivering the integrated recruitment process. Acts as recruitment point of contact for executive stakeholders and manages relationships with designated staff. Acts as a technical subject matter expert in own and possibly related discipline(s). Designs and delivers unparalleled hiring manager and candidate experience. Acts as a mission and brand ambassador in all interactions with clients and candidates. Essential Functions: Designs, implements and manages standardized executive recruitment process. Works with executive stakeholders to identify search parameters and develop an overall strategy for each search. Prepares a networking plan and helps develop position postings and job descriptions. Independently manages search, develops sources, monitors posting activity, and manages candidates to create a qualified list of talent. Provides outstanding guidance to stakeholders to understand their talent needs and best match the needs of Adventist Health. Works closely with the executive stakeholders throughout the search process providing proactive and consistent communication and incredible client service. Meets with executives regularly to understand current and upcoming business needs and help shape ongoing pipeline of talent. Keeps up to date with industry trends and significant happenings that shape the future of healthcare and leadership. Completes initial quality screening and guides candidates through the application, credentials review and acts as candidates point-of-contact for entire interview process. Develops a deep understanding of the candidate's leadership style, personal background, professional history, and specific fit to the role. Creates professional presentation packages for review by stakeholders. Maintains candidate communication and ensures red carpet experience for candidates throughout interview process. Collaborates with Total Rewards to design compensation packages and negotiate the offer process and ensures a positive result for stakeholders and candidate. Partners with Supply Chain on contract language, standardization and execution. Presents to executive level committees and cabinets with ease, confidence and professionalism. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
