The Beach Company - Columbia, SC - The maintenance duties will include Preventative, Corrective and Emergency maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable property for residents. Responsible for all necessary tasks to prepare the property for new residents, as units turnover. Must excel in the area of Resident Relations by appropriate and professional conduct, must adherence to Fair Housing laws, and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and work cohesively with co-workers and residents. Position will require “on call” rotation and weekend work. The Beach Company offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will possess a high school education or equivalent certification. Approximately 1-3 years in the areas of HVAC (preferably certified), carpentry, dry wall, appliances, plumbing, masonry, roofing and electrical repair.
