Operation Analyst -Credit

New York City, NY - Responsibilities: Reconciliations - position, cash and P&L reconciliations between the custodians and the administrators. Treasury management - execute treasury management functions such as monitoring cash and margin balance exposures across brokers and authorize transfers as needed; Cross team collaboration - Work closely with all groups of our firm, including our trading desk, finance and compliance teams System enhancement - Collaborate with other Firm team members in developing new firm initiatives to optimize efficiency and grow the business Valuation - Assist the fund accounting team with position valuation process on a daily basis as well as during month-end net asset value calculation Monthly reporting - partner income allocations, fee calculations, portfolio reconciliations, and interaction with outside administrator to reconcile books. Assist in preparation of daily, weekly and monthly internal reporting to strategy captains and Liquid Credit COO - Daily performance reporting - Ad-hoc Internal & LP Reporting - Dashboard & KPI Executive reporting - YE Audit coordination - Regulatory reporting Coordinate with executing Brokers and Administrator to rectify and resolve trade discrepancies Collaborate with counterparties to ensure timely settlement of trades Monitor foreign currency exposures and target FX trades for trading team; analyze broker financing calculations including debit/credit balance and short rebate charges Profile An experienced Operations Analyst at fixed income hedge fund or CLO manager 5-7 years’ experience in operations Experience of system and process enhancement... - Permanent - Full-time
