Regional Housing Representative

Accessible Space - Saint Paul, MN - Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans. Accessible Space, Inc. seeks a Full-Time Regional Housing Representative. This administrative position will support and assist the Regional Housing Manager with their housing portfolio. The successful candidate will maintain appropriate records on ASI residents according to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) including assuming a lead role in resident rent collection, filing, and processing/submitting required HUD paperwork. Produces monthly reports as requested by the Regional Housing Manager. Markets ASI properties to appropriate partners, agencies, and communities that may benefit from ASI housing. Works in conjunction with ASI staff on matters pertaining to resident lease issues on the property. Light travel to assigned properties, occasionally. Must have a minimum of two years property management experience and the ability to effectively communicate with residents, strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to demonstrate dependability, initiative and must be able to work independently. Prior successful experience working with the elderly or with individuals with physical disabilities, proficiency with personal computers and standard business software applications a plus.
