Summary of Duties Working in a centralized Loan Operations area to provide support to lending personnel and all other internal customers. Primary Responsibilities and Job Functions * New loan processing & doc prep (emphasis on Commercial). Prepare loan files for boarding. Order, track, receive, and review various supporting documents. Maintain all information on loan pipeline report. Forward loan and supporting documents to lender for review. Trailing document tracking. Providing customer service to all regions. Responsible for adhering to compliance laws, regulations, and established Bank policies and procedures, including Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering. Experience Required Experience in loan support and a basic knowledge of regulatory requirements, entity structures, lien perfection and real estate lending is preferred.
