Accesso - Lake Mary, FL - Position Overview We are seeking a Data Engineer to be a key member of a team, responsible for the development of custom reports, external system data integrations, and internal system data migrations. As part of our accesso® Production Support team, you will contribute to helping our clients analyze their business, upgrade their systems, streamline operations, drive revenue and surprise and delight their guests with improved knowledge about their data. Our ticketing solutions allow our clients to sell general admissions, reserved seats, time/date specific tickets, season passes, memberships and so much more. Our guest experience solutions allow our clients to manage food and beverage operations, table reservations, manage their venues, and interact with guests. The Data Engineer, will be expected to research and become familiar with various data schemas/designs as well as grow a comprehensive understanding of our various customer's business domains. The ideal candidate will have a passion for performance, security, and optimization, as well as experience in eCommerce and/or the online ticketing industry. Location: Lake Mary, FL Reports to: Production Help Desk Manager Travel Requirement: Up to 5% *** Please note in light of COVID-19, all our employees globally are telecommuting until further notice. *** Responsibilities Include: Design and create reports using SQL Server Reporting Services and other tools Design and create integrations with accounting and other systems Design and create SQL Server database views, functions, and stored procedures for various data and reporting needs Provide consulting and assistance to clients and staff on issues related to SQL Server, including: Data exports / imports to and from other systems, using custom filters in Siriusware reporting applications, Siriusware database structure Qualifications: Experience with Data analysis and querying within Microsoft SQL Server. Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services including writing reports using RDL. Experience with SQL Server Integration Services. Strong T-SQL knowledge and experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on researching various Business domains and data relationships to understand optimal data structures and query design. Additional experience with C# and web technologies is a plus.
