Accesso - Lake Mary, FL - Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate, motivated and resourceful Client Solutions Specialist, to join the team, to offer top level customer services to our customers, selling tickets for some of world's top entertainment and leisure brands. Our global distribution platform uses an API to seamlessly connect venues and resellers in real time, eliminating fraud risks, breakage and manual redemption processes. Our platform enables venues to connect with major resellers around the globe without the burden of expensive and intricate development work and allows resellers to gain broader inventory by providing connections to venues of any size with a single API plugin. As part of our distribution team, you'll be helping resellers and venues connect in win-win partnerships while also providing a better experience for their patrons. We are looking to expand our existing team and seek a candidate to assist in customer services. The role offers the candidate an excellent opportunity to grow into a wider operations role. The ideal candidate will have interest in working in providing top level customer care and will ideally understand the entertainment and leisure industry, though the latter is not strictly essential for a candidate eager to learn. Strong and confident telephone and written skills are required as you will often be liaising with customers, venue box offices, producers and distribution channels including Amazon and major national newspapers. Location: Lake Mary, FL ***Please note in light of COVID-19, all of our employees globally are telecommuting until further notice.*** Reports to: Head of Operations, Ingresso Travel Requirement: 10% Responsibilities Include: Answering Customer Service Telephone queries. Responding to online/email Customer Service queries. Reporting to venues box offices and suppliers. Liaison with venue box offices on behalf of clients. Working with social buying and social media channels. Proactively provide ideas and solutions towards the improvement of the business. Any other reasonable operational duty as requested. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology or a related field is a bonus.
