Transformation Manager

Nyrstar US Inc. - Gordonsville, TN - Transformation Manager, Nyrstar US Inc., Gordonsville, TN: Responsible for the pipeline of initiatives across the operation while setting the strategy and value drivers of the transformation. Set and drive the Transformation (cadence) process day to day with all stakeholders. Lead the identification of initiatives and opportunities, working closely with the NTM leadership team. Manage the pipeline of initiatives by supporting, coaching and challenging Initiative Owners and other stakeholders. Own initiative toll-gating process at site level. Maintain financial/economic evaluations for every project in the portfolio. Coach workstream and initiative owners, from operators to executives. Directly supervise a team of 3 continuous improvement engineers and a team of management consultants on site. Engage with key stakeholders as part of the NTM Leadership Team. Own cross-departmental initiatives and projects. Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering or a directly related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in continuous improvement or strategic transformational change. Qualifying work experience must include 5 years in of each of the following: Project management within the Mining industry including project cost and quantity estimates, project scheduling and project evaluation Developing, implementing, and delivering transformational change initiatives Implementing organizational processes, systems, and structures Standardizing mining processes across a multinational organization Developing standard company processes for operations, maintenance, scheduling, and execution Overseeing production forecasting and budgeting processes Continuous improvement, business analysis methodologies and processes Financial reporting, economic evaluation, evaluation of capital projects, discounted cash flows, evaluation using multiples and evaluation of weighted average cost of capital Up to 20% travel required.
