Louisburg, KS - Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Energy Transfer, has an opening at our Louisburg, Kansas plant for a Administrative Field Coordinator As Field Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing and overseeing a wide range of administrative activities. These duties include, but are not limited to: preparation and monitoring of O&M and capital budgets, cost control analysis & forecasting, contract administration and compliance documentation, accounts payable, time reporting, purchase card reporting, and various other tasks. Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent work experience. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft software applications, have excellent written and oral skills, interpersonal skills and have the ability to work closely with all levels of the organization. The position does require the ability to perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision. The successful candidate for this position must live within 40 miles of the plant, which is located 29115 Metcalf Road, Louisburg, KS. There could be the need to work overtime on short notice.
