Summary: As a member of the Patient Care Services leadership team, the Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health which includes: Access (Acute Care Community Crisis Evaluation Services System), Intensive Outpatient Addiction Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) assumes 24 hour/7days per week responsibility for managing the operational functions and the delivery of patient care in these departments. The Director oversees the Access Team, IOP, and PHP's professional practice and ensures quality patient care as defined by the strategic goals of the medical center. The Director provides oversight of the staff schedule, budget and collaborates with both the RN Unit Director of the Behavioral Health Unit and the Division Director.
