Packaging Associates- 3rd Shift

Kelly - O'Fallon, MO - Do you have a sweet tooth? Love the consistent smell of freshly made baked goods. Can you move swiftly and do not mind standing for a long period of time? Our Kelly team is looking for 3rd shift *Packer Operators,* whom are responsible for preparing the product for it's final stages of production. This includes inspecting and packing or repacking products into specified trays, or corrugated boxes, closing and coding of boxes for palletizing. *Key Responsibilities:* * Pick product according to product tray size at a rate of seven to eighteen trays per minute, depending on variety. * Inspect product for specific flaws * Report any major discrepancies with product directly to the lead, supervisor, or the Quality Manager. * Box product in the appropriate count. * Palletize and wrap for shipment * Responsible for food safety and quality. * Other tasks as assigned. *Key Competencies:* * Ability to stand for 8 hours * Move in a fast paced manner * Detailed oriented * Ability to bend, twist, reach, grab, palletize * Excellent eye - hand coordination * Ability to work well with others *Position Requirements:* * Math and reading skills * Problem solving skills * Regular and reliable attendance *Shifts and Pay: * 1st shift Packing: Mon-Fri 11:30pm- 7:30am *Pay Rate $12.50* *Additional Information:* * *No Sundays* * Packer Operators must be trained in the following areas: * Good Manufacturing Practices * OSHA regulated programs * Food Defense, Allergens, and SQF * Eligible to enroll in benefits following 60 days of employment * Paid Lunch breaks * 401K * Uniform shirts provided * $120 Uniform reimbursement * 7 Paid holidays (after 30 days employment) * Annual Pay increase Interested in applying please* call 636-356-4465* #Mya-RPA_Generic Assembly 3 Entry Without HS GED Why Kelly®?
