GPAC - Cleveland, OH - A European owned CDMO is seeking a Site Leader / General Manager in their Cleveland, OH location. The company is a leader in the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) production. The process and service drug substances for biotech and pharma. The successful candidate will work with the management team to positively impact growth in the US market through all phases of development, manufacture and commercialization. The role will oversea multiple departments including chemistry, process development, HSE and QA. Experience and Education 8+ years of Experience in the Pharma/biotech industry is required Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology or similar degree required Clinical Development phase knowledge required API/CDMO experience required High potency drug production environment experience a plus Exceptional business acumen International experience is a plus Must have exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills necessary to build a strong and effective team within the organization, yet still relate to and be hands-on.
