Expense Compliance Specialist II

Uber - Gurgaon, Haryana - This role is a subject matter expert in T&E expense compliance. The overall mission is to drive compliance of expenses to the Travel & Expense Policy. This position will report, analyze, track, follow up, and close cases of non compliant expenses. Below is a more granular list of responsibilities/skills required. What You'll Do Responsible for raising and completing expense compliance tickets in accordance with escalation framework Prepare reports to submit with case creation that provide sufficient information to the HR Team that will triage the case and route accordingly for support Respond to expense inquires from Managers, HR, Employee Relations, Employment Legal, and Internal Audit with requested information Track cases related to non compliant expenses, perform follow ups on routine basis to ensure closure of tickets through to resolution Maintain procedures for case creation and handling and update as needed Consistently meet case SLA's for first touch, follow ups, reso...
