INGREDIENTS

250 gm parwal

0 salt as required

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon spice chili powder

1 cup mustard oil

How to make Potol Bhaja

Step 1

To make this simple recipe, wash, peel and cut the parwal into half. Repeat the process.

Step 2

Next, take a large tray and sprinkle salt, spices and marinate the parwal for 20 minutes. In the meantime, add oil to a deep fry pan, once the oil is hot. Gently slide in the parwal and deep fry, till it turns golden in colour.

Step 3

Serve the Potol Bhaja with warm with dal, rice and curries.
