5 slices bread- brown

1 avocados

2 egg

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

0 kosher salt as required

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 cup garlic mayonnaise

How to make Avocado Egg Salad

Step 1

To begin with this simple recipe, wash and scoop out the avocado flesh. Next, take two hard boiled eggs and cut them into cubes.

Step 2

Take another bowl and add garlic mayonnaise, salt, pepper, lemon juice and whisk it well. Add eggs and mashed avocados and toss it well and layer the bread slices nicely. Bake it for 5 minutes and enjoy
