INGREDIENTS

3 eggs- brown

1 1/2 tablespoon butter

1 1/2 teaspoon piri piri seasoning

0 salt as required

2 tablespoon onion

1 handful coriander leaves

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic paste

How to make Egg Toss

Step 1

To make this quick recipe boil brown eggs in water with a dash of salt.

Step 2

Take a pan and add in butter along with piri piri seasoning, salt, pepper, toss it well with garlic paste. Next, add half cut hard boiled eggs. Toss the eggs nicely.

Step 3

Transfer to a plate and garnish with onion and coriander leaves sprinkle lemon juice and piri piri seasoning and enjoy.
