Resident Project Representative (Construction Inspector)

Cti Engineers Inc. - Cookeville, TN - Now Hiring: Salary starts at $50K + CTI Engineers, Inc. to fill 2 full-time positions for Resident Project Representative (Construction Inspector) for a variety of water and wastewater treatment/collection/distribution system construction projects in Cookeville and Loudon TN. This individual will serve as the Owner’s on-site representative during construction of projects to ensure compliance with the plans and specifications. Individual must have a degree in engineering, construction, or another relevant field experience preferred, or must have experience in lieu of degree. Other requirements include a minimum of 5 years of resident representative experience, must be able to operate independently on a job site, have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, and must present U.S. work authorization.
