Psychologist (Child and/or Adult)

Broadlawns Medical Center - Des Moines, IA - Job Description The Outpatient Psychologist position will involve at least 50-100% psychological assessment, with the opportunity to incorporate individual therapy as desired. Conducts psychological evaluations of outpatient clients in response to referrals from hospital staff and outside agencies and provides results through written reports and consultations. Provides psychotherapy modalities and techniques to assigned outpatients that are dealing with a variety of acute and chronic psychiatric disorders. Maintains a caseload of child and/or adult clients and meets productivity standards set for this position. ***Relocation assistance available (up to $5,000)*** Department Outpatient Behavioral Health Status Full Time Shift/Hours Generally Monday-Friday, Days 8am-4:30pm Qualifications PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology. Completion of an APPIC-approved pre-doctoral psychology internship. Licensed, provisionally licensed or license eligible to practice in the state of Iowa. Current Health Service Provider license.
