As part of this organization, the Fraud Intelligence & Strategy Team (FIS) is responsible for:o Providing Fraud analytics and insights to Mastercard and its worldwide customerso Maintenance of existing and development of new fraud prevention and monitoring data driven products/serviceso Scaling, expanding and launching cyber & security solutions to protect the ecosystem and stakeholdersAbout the RoleAs a Product Manager, you will contribute to C&I product portfolio by designing, testing, launching and managing new solutions. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the Go To Market and Commercialization efforts of new and existing cybersecurity products, including: Cyber Secure, RiskRecon capabilities integration, leveraging Cyber Secure features in other C&I programs such as MATCH. Product Managers at Mastercard drive new product opportunities from conception to global, fully-scaled products that solve end-to-end business problems for financial institutions, merchants, nonprofits, governments, and cardholders.Responsibilities* Support the end-to-end project management activities for new and existing products * Contribute to new product development by conducting user experience research, validating product concepts, and recommending new solutions* Lead all commercialization and go to market efforts to launch/enhance products according to PME process including: development of product guides, training and marketing materials; announcements* Partner with regional Cyber and Intelligence Solutions product and sales teams to identify new product opportunities, feature enhancements, and go-to-market requirements for Cyber Secure, MATCH, RiskRecon and other C&I products* Analyze product performance and develop key insights, case studies, best practices and KPIs* Manage and communicate product performance through dashboard reporting and metrics for multiple constituents* Manage and oversee multiple products and initiatives concurrently* Ensure alignment with all stakeholders - regional counterparts; MCBS; O&T; Finance; Customer Service, etc.* Develop product strategy, goals, and roadmaps to optimize the value of new product or feature development* Demonstrate end-to-end ownership over product launches to ensure delivery of user and business valueAll about you: Knowledge/Experience* Demonstrable experience with product management principles and the product development lifecycle.* Knowledge of Mastercard's Product Management Excellence and Agile development practices is preferred * Proven ability to learn and master new subject matter areas * Sharp analytical and creative problem-solving skills* Outstanding communication, relationship building, and collaboration skills* Experience preparing presentations for management/clients that deliver insights clearly and efficiently* Passion for, and experience in developing technology products to understand and drive customer behavior; fraud and cybersecurity domain knowledge a plusSkills/Abilities* Ability to effectively manage cross functional partners while performing multiple functions * Self-motivated, problem solver who is result driven and has a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment * Strong written, verbal and presentation skills * Knowledge of analytics and dashboards for conveying information * Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to multi-task * Detail-oriented with an ability to understand and contribute to operational product processesDue to COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.
