Accesso - USA - POSITION OVERVIEW We seek an experienced high-volume staffing Contract Sourcer/Recruiter for an initial 3-month engagement. This role is responsible for sourcing and recruiting seasonal Team Members. Team Members are Cashiers or Ride Attendants who provide on-premise service on accesso's solutions to our clients' guests at amusement parks throughout North America. Qualified applicants will be experienced in staffing at scale for non-exempt, hourly employees who can work evenings, weekends, and holidays. As such, phone screens may also need to be conducted during non-business hours at times therefore successful candidates will have a flexible work schedule. . Location: Telecommute in Contiguous United States Reports To: Operations Director Travel: None Primary responsibilities will include: Meeting facilitation and/or participation with Operations and Talent Acquisition leaders to benchmark, forecast, and track client staffing requirements to ensure sufficient peak and off-season coverage. Review Team Member job descriptions and make updates and improvements as necessary. Leverage all current resources and platforms to advertise job openings. Source candidates through active and passive channels and maintain a proactive and steady pipeline of non-exempt talent. Review applicants and utilize best judgement to determine who to advance to interview stages. Schedule and conduct candidate interviews. Finalize hiring and position details with candidate to prepare conditional offer letter for pre-onboarding. When necessary, coordinate with Operations and Human Resources teams on other onboarding activities such as background check processing as well as accesso and/or client-specific paperwork such as tax withholding documents, employee handbook acknowledgements, completion of availability/schedule sheets, etc. If needed, partner with park operations teams to organize and/or participate in regional career fairs and hiring events. Other recruiting-related duties, as assigned. Requirements: FUNCTIONAL SKILLS - Expert-level knowledge of the recruiting life cycle, with proven experience creating/improving on effective processes for high-volume staffing. General knowledge of HR best practices and familiarity with US and California employment requirements/guidelines. Ability to excite candidates while also imparting requirements of the role(s) with utmost clarity. Exemplary ability to quickly establish partnerships and build trust with internal client teams. Strong communicator, both verbal and written. Proactive, self-driven and motivated. Organized with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to shift priorities with little notice - we are a fast-paced, highly-collaborative organization. TECHNICAL SKILLS - Strong familiarity with high-volume staffing job boards, sites, and tools. Previous experience working within an Applicant Tracking System for requisition and candidate workflows. We use Lever ATS, though this is not a requirement. Proficiency in Office 365, using such programs as Microsoft Teams, Outlook (Email/Calendar), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and SharePoint.
