This is a unique opportunity that will give you hands on experience in operations and drive high-impact, scalable solutions ultimately accelerating our enterprise customer's journey to the cloud. In this role, you will own the operational execution of our Professional Services business. A successful candidate should have excellent business and communication skills with the ability to drive governance and operational excellence. Responsibilities include: Own and deliver all Project accounting for Professional Services; ensure complete and accurate project set up in project accounting system consistent with the contract statement of work for all projects, while adhering to SLAs. Support field in executing operationally sound and customer-obsessed engagements. Communicate daily with cross functional teams including Sales, Legal, Operations, and Management. Analytics; develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity. Continuous Improvements; proactively identify and implement operational enhancements that meet business requirements. Basic Qualifications Bachelors Degree 3+ years of experience working in Professional Services Operations, Order-To-Cash Operations, or Sales Operations capacity in mid-to-large scale global Sales Organization Experience with reviewing Professional Services project agreements Working knowledge of Financial Force Professional Services Automation (PSA) or other CRM with inputting, extracting and analyzing data Demonstrated ability to develop business reports that help a professional services organization operate smoothly, with insights that will meet the needs of other business partners Intermediate skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups and Charts) Experience working in a horizontal or matrixed business Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
